This solicitation amendment is to amend the hull specification to accept an “equal or better” wing system; however, it in incumbent on the bidder to include enough documentation with their bid to allow the State to determine if the hybrid system is in fact “equal or better”. The State will be solely responsible for determining if a hybrid system is “equal or better”.

In order for bids to be considered responsive the bid must be received by the issuing office prior to the time set for receipt: Tuesday, November 10, 2009, 2:30 p.m.
